After posting this link yesterday three OLFers contacted me indicating that they appreciated this toot but never knew that it was even here..... After a software upgrade back in the day some of these toots ended up in the archives and not in the toot section so I wanted to post a link here so that folks could find this and hopefully it helps someone.

Fitting A Neck: http://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10102&t=15022&p=214039&view=show#p214039

There is also another toot that I did that explains how to flatten the upper bout which is very much related to fitting a neck and proper neck angle. You can find that toot here: http://www.luthiersforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10117&t=25931

Of course there are lots of ways to do these things and I am sure that everyone already knows this as well.

Thanks

I notice in the original 2007 thread, there was a request for a bridge setting/squaring fixture for the alignment jig. That has since been addressed :D
